Hermann Services makes 2023 NJ Best Places to Work list!

This year’s list included 150 winners who were broken into three categories based on overall employee size: small (15 – 49 employees), medium (50 – 249 employees) and large (more than 250 employees).

Hermann Services qualified as a “large company” and, notably, was the only company on the list under the category of “Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage”.

To participate, we completed a survey on our HR and benefits policies, company culture, and New Jersey worker demographics.

After that, eligible employees were sent a survey that covered various aspects of the working experience at Hermann.

It’s an incredible testament to all associates and the culture we’ve created here at Hermann Services. We can’t thank everyone enough for participating by filling out their survey and providing answers that placed us on this list.

The official award will be received at a ceremony taking place on September 28.
