Hermann Leasing Continues Expansion with New Operation in Langhorne, Pennsylvania
Based on a strategic growth plan to service the I-95 corridor, Hermann Leasing has expanded operations into the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The company was recently awarded a four-year contract to handle equipment leasing for a major regional auto parts distribution facility located in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.
In similar fashion to the companys expansion into Connecticut and Massachusetts, Herman Leasing will open a facility in the area while currently conducting leasing operations out of the distributors facility.
This expansion was made possible by providing six years of quality service to our client, which then grew the relationship to include their Langhorne operation, said Richard J. Hermann, President, Hermann Leasing. Through the customer satisfaction of this cornerstone account, we are able to open and staff a branch location to offer leasing and maintenance services to the region.
Hermann has provided leasing services for the distributor through its facilities in South Brunswick, Paterson, Somerset, and Teaneck, NJ; Boston, MA; Williamsport, CT; and Nazareth, PA. A major benefit of leasing through Hermanns regional locations is on-site maintenance. Hermann mechanics service the equipment instead of the truck dealerships, which can require more time and incur higher costs.
Bryan Hermann, Director of Maintenance, was charged with acquiring a fleet of eighty pieces of equipment to service the operation including Volvo tractors, refrigerated straight trucks, and yard horses. The Volvos were selected for their innovative green technology, fuel economy, and low maintenance record.
Richard F. Hermann, Vice President, Hermann Leasing, will oversee the operation and branch expansion.
